I found the compliance stuff a little bit overwhelming. It's a lot of information that has to be filled out correctly. That's when I relied on Food Strategy to look after that aspect for me. There's a lot of rules and regulations there. You think you might know stuff, but it's too expensive not to know some things, hence, I went with you guys.
