Lady Marmalade’s baristas can serve several cups of coffee at once because their coffee bar is fully equipped to brew and blend drinks without help from the main kitchen. They even have POS and docket printers for fast processing of transactions! Lady Marmalade’s 3 group cappuccino machine is surrounded by equipment for efficient coffee making: grinders, a refrigerated milk drawer, a cup dispenser and a milk jug rinser. The coffee bar also has blenders, juicers and a milkshake mixer for creating other drinks on the menu.
Café Kitchen Design
The commercial kitchen of Lady Marmalade Café has a Belgian waffle maker and several robust cooking equipment such as combi ovens, a static gas range oven and a double pan fryer. They even have a sous-vide recirculator for better cooking results! These and other cooking equipment, such as the toaster griller, panini press and griddle, are lined up in a row for easy cooking and an efficient workflow.
