Sprout - Townsville



Sprout is a mixed use project. The owners are passionate about selling organic groceries, and fresh produce alongside their café and production kitchen which produces chilled, ready to eat meals for distribution in the retail section of their supermarket. The site is an industrial shed which has been strategically sectioned into secure sections to allow each part of the business to operation independently of the other. The designs have allowed the proposed constructions stages to be implemented to suit future budgets and business growth....."sprout" out!
