Hanaichi Sushi Food Production Kitchen

The Hanaichi Sushi design brief included a variety of traditional Japanese foods for distribution throughout their multiple retail outlets. Hanaichi embraces traditional Japanese cooking techniques which meant the inclusion of specific commercial catering equipment sourced from Japan.  We have designed a very modern 1200sqm cook – chill and cook – fresh facility within the confines of an existing industrial building. The kitchen is HACCP compliant and includes combi steamers, traditional Maruzen rice drawers, roll through blast chilling, multiple high capacity tilting kettles and brat pans.
