FOOD SAFETY MADE EASY Part #2 The Checklist
Welcome to part 2 of our 3 part series FOOD SAFETY MADE EASY.
Now that you've read the 41 page manual of how to make food safety easy, you can review your business with this handy checklist template

This is best completed by your food safety supervisor. After all, they are the ones that will take responsibility for the safe management of your kitchen food practices.

Grab a pen and have a look around your restaurant or commercial kitchen. (note reference is made to the "Food Safety Manual" in part 1 of this series)

  • Download the checklist (download here)
  • Tick off your compliant and not so compliant areas of your business to tally your performance. Check your tally against the Food Safety Rating score.
  • Tick off your points for Good Management Practices.
  • Plot your scores on the rating calculator
How did you do? Are you a 5 star food business.

Maybe it's time to rethink your food handling practices or waste disposal methods. Sometimes a minor or major refurbishment will make a world of difference.
Contact Food Strategy and we will talk you through a cost-effective solution to keep you open for business.

You'll be a 5 star performer in no time!
