Qld Good Food Guide Awards 2013
Nothing excites us more than to see our clients propel forward into success in their food businesses and kitchens. To achieve the heights of winning an award from their peers is the 'icing on the cake'.
April saw the unveiling of this year's winners of the Queensland Good Food Guide Awards. Special congratulations to 2 of our clients:

DALTON HOSPITALITY: Friend and client Jerome Dalton was appointed the exclusive catering gig to the elite of the food industry at Lightspace Function & Event venue Fortitude Valley. Jerome displayed his team's finest in both service and food with delectables including a duck barbeque, cheese station overshadowed by a heavily grape-laden hills hoist and an oyster bar of the juiciest, fattest oysters off the rocks that morning - shucked before your eyes.

The celebrity chefs were shining like diamonds among the guests. Chefs Matt Moran and Alastair McLeod (MC for the night),  and Matt Golinski delighting us with a warm and gracious appearance.
