Chefs of Excellence

Food Strategy attended the Excellence Awards Gala Dinner for the Australia Culinary Federation (Qld). Hob nobbing with the likes of Celebrity Chef Dominique Rizzo and Bocuse d'Or chef Shannon Kellam the ACF presented Executive Chef Herbert Franceschini the "Award For Excellence". He was on the Bocuse d'Or Selection Judging Panel and formally Exec Chef at the Hilton Hotel.

The ACF also recognised key sponsors who support the work of the ACF. Congratulations to the boys from Robot Coupe Didier Barnasson & Steven Popovic who celebrated with air kisses.
