How a mint can increase restaurant tips
From our business files we've found a video to show you how to increase your restaurant tips with a mint. Perhaps you have awesome products but the customers aren't persuaded yet. There is a science of persuasion that uses 6 key principles.
  1. Reciprocity - People tend to return a favor
  2. Commitment and Consistency - If people commit, they are more likely to honor
  3. Social Proof - People will do things that they see other people are doing
  4. Authority - People will tend to obey authority figures
  5. Liking - People are easily persuaded by other people that they like
  6. Scarcity - Perceived scarcity will generate demand

Take a few minutes to watch this animated video which explains the 6 points in more detail. Have a go and let us know if it worked for you. We can share your stories and brand. Email to news@foodstrategy.com.au
