Food Strategy fills in what chefs don’t know about design, construction processes, health and building codes, compliance, exhaust canopies and extraction, under-slab drainage and infrastructure, catering equipment installation and specifications and making it all come together quickly and easily.

We are qualified design professionals who incorporate construction and foodservice knowledge into your designs to communicate your vision clearly with builders, shopfitters, local authorities and catering equipment suppliers. Your builders, shopfitters and catering equipment suppliers can give you their most accurate quotes straight off the plans.

Our people incorporate key principles and specialised knowledge of: construction, design, business, project management, HACCP, Autocad, Revit, foodservice and hospitality qualifications into your designs to maximise sustainable practices and cost effective operations.
Builders, Catering equipment manufacturers and distributors around the world stay in close contact with Food Strategy staff to keep us up to date with the latest specifications and technology in foodservice and commercial kitchen operations. Attending trade shows and training seminars globally is an employment pre-requisite of our team.
To ensure insight and reliability for our clients, all key design and project management staff at Food Strategy undertake ongoing cross-training of design, construction and hospitality industry tuition as an on-going training initiative.
