Meet the driving force behind Food Strategy's professional team:

Director Robert Green
is formally qualified in fit out and construction, HACCP and business management and previously held an open general builder’s license for past foodservice design and construct projects.
His entire career has been working in design and construction for the foodservice industry which included 3 years as Domino’s Pizza’s National Construction Manager for their multi-store roll out.

Robert's CV includes accumulated skills from cabinetmaking, shopfitting, project management, general building, on site constructions and manufacture, design, specifying, commissioning and marketing commercial catering equipment.
Robert’s knowledge of food premises design is so highly valued he is an academic guest lecturer in food-premises design at the Queensland University of Technology.

To validate his credentials, Robert has been appointed to the FCSI (Foodservice Consultant’s Society International) international board of trustees 2012 for the Australia and New Zealand chapters. This is a humbling appointment- to be acknowledged by the global FCSI board in Canada as a professional foodservice consultant of international standard and to represent the board in their professional capacity. With this appointment he also has access to a worldwide group of foodservice professionals that can meet all your needs; from HACCP compliance, systems and menu analysis to design – anywhere in the world!

Now specialising in foodservice design, his background in foodservice and construction is a key point of difference in the high quality of designs and documentation for the building and architectural industries.
Robert has collected such a diverse and complex foodservice knowledge that it can’t be duplicated.

General Manager Chris Green provides support and guidance to the amazing design team at Food Strategy. Chris has qualifications in project management, business management, work place training, HACCP and quality concepts. Her CV brings forth skills gathered from various industries such as banking, finance, manufacture, music industry, marketing, sales and administrative roles.

Chris is also a guest academic lecturer at the Queensland University of Technology to share a real-world view on the design and local authority process. Chris is an active member to the Queensland Chamber of Commerce, Food Q, Restaurant and Catering Association and an associate member of FCSI (Foodservice Consultant’s Society International)
