Meet the driving force behind Food Strategy's professional team:

Director Robert Green's
entire career has been working in design and construction for the foodservice industry which includes large scale projects of food production facilities, banquet and convention centres, mining camps, institution kitchens, motels and multi-store expansion programs for retail and franchise groups.  Robert is qualified in fit out and construction, HACCP and business management and held an open general builder’s license for foodservice design and construct projects.

Robert's CV includes skills from cabinetmaking, shopfitting, project management, general building, on site constructions, refrigeration, stainless steel and manufacture, design, specifying, commissioning and commercial catering equipment.
Robert’s knowledge of food premises design is so highly valued he is an academic guest lecturer in food-premises design and health compliance at the Queensland University of Technology.

As validation of his credentials, Robert was appointed to the FCSI (Foodservice Consultant’s Society International) international board of trustees 2012 for the Australia and New Zealand chapters of the Asia Pacific division.  This was an acknowledgement by the global FCSI board in Canada as a professional foodservice consultant of international standard and he represented the board in a professional capacity. With this appointment he also has built a network to a worldwide group of foodservice professionals ; from HACCP compliance, systems and menu analysis to commercial kitchen design – anywhere in the world!
He now focuses on researching food service, design, commercial catering equipment, concepts and development to Singapore, USA, New Zealand and Europe - to remain at the forefront of food service industry techniques and trends that affect your systems and  projects.

Robert specialises in foodservice design, project solutions and commercial catering equipment, his background in foodservice and construction is a key point of difference in the high quality of designs and documentation for the building and architectural industries.
Robert has collected such a diverse and complex foodservice knowledge that it can’t be duplicated.

General Manager Chris Green provides support and guidance to the amazing design team at Food Strategy. Chris has qualifications in project management, business management, work place training, HACCP and quality concepts. Her CV brings forth skills gathered from various industries such as banking, finance, manufacture, music industry, marketing, sales, marketing and administrative roles. Chris has travelled to Europe, New Zealand, UK and USA for training and research of foodservice systems and understanding of global design, catering equipment and manufacturing businesses.  Chris manages business operations and strategic planning to keep Food Strategy a business leader in the foodservice and design industries.

Chris is also a guest academic lecturer at the Queensland University of Technology to share a real-world view on the design and local authority process. Chris is an active member to the Queensland Chamber of Commerce | Food Q | Restaurant and Catering Association | FCSI (Foodservice Consultant’s Society International)
